The SPP appreciates the value and strength that diversity and inclusion can bring to all organisations.

Within the SPP, we are committed to fostering diversity and creating an inclusive culture, where everyone feels respected, valued for their individuality and able to be their authentic selves. Working collaboratively with others, we believe that the SPP also has an important role in supporting progress on these issues in the pensions industry more broadly.
