President and Council

SPP is governed by a Council of elected member representatives and forms the Company’s board. Council meets every two months, considering both the business of running the SPP and matters of pension strategy.

The President of SPP chairs, and is elected from, Council. The President serves a term of two years. In addition to the President, Council has two other Officers, the CEO and an Honorary Treasurer.
