An independent organisation established to deal with complaints about occupational or personal pension schemes.

Help resolve problems with workplace pensions, personal pensions or annuities.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)

A compensatory body relating to schemes authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Pension Protection Fund (PPF)

Providing compensation for defined benefit members when their scheme doesn’t have enough funds to pay the promised pension.
