President, Executive Committee and Council

SPP is governed by an Executive Committee (ExCo), which forms the Company’s board. ExCo delegates authority to SPP’s Council to lead on pension policy and senior stakeholder engagement.

The President is elected by and from Council and chairs both ExCo and Council. The President serves a term of two (or optionally three) years.
