Demand for TPO’s services has been significantly increasing year on year and this trend is forecast to continue. While high demand reflects the important role TPO plays in the sector, the consistent increase in complaint volumes has made it more difficult for the organisation to resolve cases in a timely fashion. TPO has therefore been exploring all potential options for improved efficiency across its ‘customer journey’ – it now has a clear plan for tackling its historical caseload and reducing waiting times, starting with tightening up requirements for new incoming complaints.
