Many professional bodies have a requirement for their members to complete structured CPD and it is for individual professionals to decide which activities meet their professional body’s CDP requirements.
Attending SPP events, or viewing event recordings, may provide you with CPD hours towards your requirement under the scheme of the professional body relevant to you.
SPP can confirm your attendance at events, if you require this for your professional body. However we do not maintain your CPD record and we do not submit your attendances to other professional bodies.

“From the Pension Protection Fund’s point of view it’s really important that the society is there to help engage with their members to develop good advice for schemes, good advice for trustees and really support them and their members in being able to deliver a good pensions future for all.”
